The BPM-500 is designed for heating and pouring bitumen-elastomer sealing mastics. The equipment is used for sealing cracks and joints, waterproofing, as well as in road repair and construction works.

The key element of the machine is the heating tank. The mastic is heated to working temperature by a diesel burner through an oil jacket filled with thermal oil, which ensures uniform and safe heating. The heated material is supplied through a pressure hose and a pouring rod.

The filler is equipped with a single-cylinder diesel engine. To maintain a stable working temperature, there is an electric heating system for the mastic supply hose and the filling nozzle of the rod.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with a system for cleaning cracks and joints using a compressor, a special “hot spear” and gas equipment.
